Description

  • Deliver against an overall regional revenue quota and build sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies using direct outreach, channel partnerships, and renewals.
  • Create a regional growth strategy focused on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
  • Represent Canary Technologies at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and industry credibility.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional priorities with company goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional expansion.
  • Prospect and engage target accounts through email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and refine a scalable outbound sales process for the region.
  • Manage pipelines, sales forecasts, and performance reporting using Salesforce and related tools.
  • Oversee and expand major brand and key account relationships across the region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in end-to-end sales management.
  • Prior experience selling hospitality software or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Deep understanding of the local business culture with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong network across core hotel chains in APAC.
  • Experience with major brand engagement across APAC.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other tools for lead management, forecasting, and reporting.
