Description

  • Deliver against a regional revenue quota and build sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies using direct sales, channel partnerships, and renewals.
  • Create a regional growth strategy focused on market penetration, customer acquisition, and scalability.
  • Represent Canary Technologies at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional execution with company goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team.
  • Identify and engage target accounts through email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person outreach.
  • Design and refine an outbound sales process that can scale across the region.
  • Use Salesforce and related tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • End-to-end sales management experience.
  • Experience selling hospitality software or other B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Deep understanding of the local business culture and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to execute independently.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar tools for lead management, forecasting, and reporting.
