Description

  • Design and build high-concurrency order processing, payment and settlement logic, and IM messaging engines.
  • Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable Java code.
  • Refactor technical debt and optimize JVM performance, database indexing, and caching strategies.
  • Resolve data consistency challenges in distributed environments.
  • Participate in the architectural design of AI shopping guide and assistant projects.
  • Integrate LLM capabilities using Spring AI or related frameworks for recommendations and automated customer support.
  • Lead core pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain high system availability during traffic spikes and mega-sales.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Java development experience.
  • Solid computer science fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of JVM memory models, GC mechanisms, and multithreading/concurrency programming.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, and related mainstream frameworks.
  • At least one of the following domain experiences: distributed transaction systems and state machine design, or Netty-based messaging and communication systems.
  • Hands-on experience with complex, financial-grade order or settlement systems, if focused on transaction systems.
  • Experience with WebSocket/MQTT protocols and push systems with millions of concurrent connections, if focused on messaging systems.
  • Proficiency with RocketMQ or Kafka for asynchronous decoupling.
  • Strong experience with MySQL performance tuning and Redis distributed locks.
  • Hong Kong TTPS or QMAS visa status, or eligibility to apply, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with LangChain, vector databases such as Milvus or Pinecone, or RAG architecture is a strong plus.
