Description

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration and API solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration architectures and implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand system landscapes, integration requirements, and data flows.
  • Own complex integration solutions from design through deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop integration patterns, APIs, middleware components, and orchestration logic using MuleSoft Anypoint middleware.
  • Analyze source system data and perform data mapping to support migration and integration initiatives.
  • Design and implement real-time and batch integrations across cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Lead development of custom code and complex functionality using MuleSoft, DataWeave, and supporting technologies.
  • Develop reusable integration components, best practices, and design patterns for interfaces, APIs, rule engines, and middleware.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, task assignment, and technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise integrations, including extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
  • Experience configuring and managing MuleSoft runtime environments.
  • Strong proficiency in DataWeave and MuleSoft development patterns.
  • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of at least one modern AI foundation model (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Llama) and the ability to use AI-assisted development for coding, debugging, integration design, automation, and documentation.
  • Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and modern integration architectures.
  • Technical expertise in REST, SOAP, WSDL, and web service integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS or ERP platforms.
  • Strong experience developing integrations using XML, JSON, SQL, and Java.
  • Experience designing and implementing high-volume, highly scalable integration solutions.
  • At least two MuleSoft certifications.
  • Experience with additional iPaaS or automation platforms such as Boomi, Workato, or Zapier is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
