Description

  • Lead project teams to deploy AI and agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Control Tower, and AI Agent Orchestration.
  • Lead complex programs delivering AI-enabled ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and ITAM capabilities.
  • Architect, design, and develop AI-powered solutions, including prompt design, skill configuration, and workflow orchestration.
  • Create written deliverables such as AI adoption roadmaps, use case business cases, governance frameworks, standards, and playbooks.
  • Lead client demos, working sessions, and workshops to showcase GenAI and agentic capabilities and discover AI use cases.
  • Design integration approaches connecting ServiceNow AI capabilities with third-party LLMs, data sources, tools, and enterprise systems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project teams on AI and agentic delivery matters.
  • Influence internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders to adopt AI-driven concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI adoption, governance, responsible AI use, data privacy, and ROI within ServiceNow.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by identifying, scoping, and positioning AI opportunities across client accounts and practices.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow platform with demonstrated AI and agentic experience.
  • Experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and preferred exposure to Virtual Agent/NLU.
  • Expert knowledge of at least two ServiceNow process areas, with applied AI or automation experience in at least one.
  • Expert-level development skills on ServiceNow, including scripting for AI agent configuration, skill building, and workflow orchestration.
  • Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs, including build-vs-configure decisions and model/tooling selection.
  • Strong integration experience with third-party tools, LLMs, and data platforms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 15%.
  • ServiceNow AI-focused certifications, such as Now Assist or Certified Application Developer with AI specialization, are preferred and expected to be maintained.
