Description

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on chain restaurant clients.
  • Contact prospects, build rapport, schedule meetings, conduct follow-up calls, and support deal progression.
  • Research target accounts and markets to identify, qualify, and develop new leads.
  • Develop sales quotes and proposals and move opportunities through to agreement and close.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current clients while identifying new prospects in assigned territories.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, webinars, and industry events to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Keep CRM records current for potential and existing clients and leads.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit paperwork to expedite new client closes.
  • Set sales goals and work to achieve them across all sectors of the platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant or foodservice sales experience.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products, competition, and market positioning.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and well-organized work style.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience or interest in working on a small, motivated team focused on client service.
  • Willingness to continue developing professionally and personally.
  • No work sponsorship is available for this role.
