Description

  • Set and enforce KPI standards for the intake team.
  • Oversee the intake process to ensure efficient and effective client onboarding.
  • Develop and manage drip, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Formulate and implement closing scripts to convert potential clients.
  • Source advertisement vendors and hire agencies to attract personal injury clients while staying within budget.
  • Set up and manage Google PPC and Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Identify and collaborate with creative professionals to develop marketing materials that increase intake.
  • Manage, motivate, hire, and fire intake team members to maintain a high-performing unit.
  • Sell and close deals with potential clients and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team.
  • Maintain high standards of performance, client satisfaction, CAC, and LTV optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal injury intake and sales management.
  • Personal injury law experience is mandatory.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Extremely computer proficient with experience in CRM, marketing automation tools, and online advertising platforms.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and meet strict deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to formulate effective closing scripts for client acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing advertisement vendors and managing agencies within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Familiarity with Google PPC and Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with creative professionals to increase intake numbers.
  • Experience hiring, firing, and sourcing talent for an intake team.
  • Familiarity with the EOS system is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a team in a remote environment.
