Description

  • Lead Solar O&M operations across the Eastern region to meet performance, safety, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to grow service offerings and expand market presence.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Field Operations Managers and regional teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional customers and manage ongoing communication.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including response time, repair time, and preventive maintenance completion.
  • Drive continuous improvement across regional operations and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
  • Manage regional P&L, including revenue, cost of goods sold, and profitability.
  • Support sales efforts through pricing, proposals, contract review, and identification of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management or operations experience in solar, electrical, or industrial environments.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or regional operations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and maintenance practices.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Experience with contracts, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Eastern region.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays and be on-call as needed.
  • Must comply with OSHA and company safety standards.

  • Base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 USD.
