Description

  • Identify, recruit, and enable partners in a defined territory, including system integrators, consultancies, VARs, and MSSPs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market partner plans that drive measurable results.
  • Build sell-with and sell-through motions through partner enablement, incentives, events, and joint offerings.
  • Partner with account teams and sales engineering to position Bugcrowd’s value to prospective and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with sales management and internal teams including Professional Services, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to define partner engagement approaches.
  • Negotiate and sign partners to increase product and service adoption, differentiation, and profitability.
  • Support strategic alliances and work closely with partners to drive end-user adoption of Bugcrowd’s offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or channel sales, preferably with prior selling experience.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and present product and service offerings to partners and prospects.
  • Prior experience working in early-stage channel growth.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%.
  • Preferred experience supporting cybersecurity products.
  • Preferred experience and relationships with security VARs.
  • Experience working in the public sector is a bonus.
  • AWS Marketplace experience is a bonus.

  • Base salary range of $116,800 to $160,600.
