Description

  • Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, competitors, and Bugcrowd’s value proposition.
  • Establish relationships with CISO/VP-level security leaders, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals that communicate ROI.
  • Represent Bugcrowd at conferences, trade shows, and customer events to generate leads and awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both sides.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets, including $1M+ quotas.
  • Experience managing complex 6-12 month sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, building pipeline, and closing deals with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 organizations.
  • Strong understanding of modern security testing methodologies such as penetration testing, bug bounty, and vulnerability disclosure.
  • Prior experience selling crowdsourced security, bug bounty, or attack surface management solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools is preferred.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to work remotely from home 100% of the time.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,800 to $160,600.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus program or commission plan based on individual and organizational performance.
