Description

  • Own a vertical territory in DACH, such as Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, or Pharma.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and targeted cross-sell within the existing portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities with support from the BDR through inbound requests, marketing, and outbound outreach.
  • Build a territory plan and account plans for top targets, and execute focused pod sprints within the vertical.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with 4–7 decision-makers across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and sometimes the C-suite.
  • Sell an integrated platform with multi-module deals rather than a single product.
  • Represent DiliTrust at key industry events such as Legal Revolution and LegalTech.
  • Conduct conversations that generate future pipeline and advance deals through the sales process.
  • Maintain structured qualification and forecasting processes for your pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from Legal, IT, Finance, or Procurement.
  • Experience selling to C-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities methodically, for example using MEDDPICC, and build reliable forecasts.
  • Native-level German and very good English; English is the company language.
  • Experience selling to legal, governance, or compliance functions (nice to have).
  • Experience working with regulated industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, or Pharma (nice to have).
  • Experience independently building a territory with a clear account strategy and sustainable pipeline growth (nice to have).
  • Interest in AI in a business context and the ability to explain practical customer value beyond hype (nice to have).
