Description

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions within a defined territory and work toward exceeding new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to build sufficient pipeline for sales targets.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and post-sale upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across sales systems including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice internally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to help prioritize revenue-driving actions.
  • Uncover customer pain points and connect them to value-driven solutions during discovery and qualification.
  • Tailor demos, messaging, and business cases to different stakeholders and business challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, non-overlay enterprise sales experience selling into organizations with 3,000+ employees.
  • Experience prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • Proven history of consistent over-quota performance or ranking in the top 5% of a sales organization.
  • Experience negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel, with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience, ideally in an underdog or new-entrant environment with limited resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be local to North Carolina.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,500 to $170,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
