Description

  • Drive go-to-market execution for product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, stakeholder management, and enablement assets.
  • Build and maintain enablement resources for sales and customer success teams, including battlecards, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and cross-sell playbooks.
  • Own partner and integration messaging strategy, including joint messaging, co-branded assets, partner enablement, and marketplace or directory listings.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Client Marketing to identify expansion opportunities and support upsell and revenue growth within the existing customer base.
  • Track and analyze the competitive landscape and ecosystem, then turn insights into actionable materials for reps and CSMs.
  • Support demand generation with campaign messaging, content briefs, and assets that differentiate the company and help convert pipeline.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and market research to inform messaging strategy and surface customer insights for product teams.
  • Use AI-driven insights and tools to improve go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience translating technical product capabilities into compelling narratives.
  • Experience supporting or owning product launches end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to enable sales and post-sale teams, including CSMs and AMs, with materials that support adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Jira, and AI tools and data to inform marketing strategy and campaign performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation.
  • Excellent writing skills with strong attention to copy detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment.
  • Action-oriented mindset with a track record of execution.
  • Bonus: experience in hospitality tech, proptech, or SMB/mid-market SaaS.
