Description

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities across the product portfolio.
  • Support and help evolve the Shopper Voice and Customer Advocacy research programs.
  • Bring a Gen Z consumer perspective to problem framing, messaging, and product experience evaluation.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and strengthen growth strategy and marketing inputs.
  • Own product marketing for a defined set of new and existing products across discovery, validation, planning, launch, learning, optimization, and scaling.
  • Define product positioning and messaging based on behavioral data and user research.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
  • Monitor post-launch adoption and engagement, and identify risks and opportunities for iteration.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications as primary partners for testing, launching, and improving products.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing, and contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Internships, co-ops, and class projects count toward experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into sharp insights or recommendations.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to work smarter; regular use is a bonus.
  • Consumer-facing or mobile product experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs is preferred.
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or Braze or similar tools is preferred.
  • Background in fintech, subscriptions, or marketplace businesses is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $2,333–$3,167 USD per month, or $28,000–$38,000 USD annually gross.
