Description

  • Open and develop the German market from the ground up.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and execute a market entry strategy tailored to Germany.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the German market internally by sharing customer, competitor, and positioning insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Schedule and deliver online product demonstrations and webinars.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Breezeway effectively in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or a related industry.
  • Native or fluent German, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent English, which is the company working language.
  • Experience selling SaaS in the German market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Proven experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills.
  • Experience opening new markets or selling in a new territory is a strong plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work fully remote while being located in Spain.
