Description

  • Partner with account leadership to build strategy and a long-term roadmap aligned to client business objectives and Brandtech+ capabilities.
  • Act as a senior client contact and trusted advisor, engaging executive stakeholders to influence strategy and secure commitments.
  • Lead governance and stakeholder mapping, including executive steering, steering committees, and sign-off processes.
  • Support commercial target setting, pricing strategy, commercial term approvals, and negotiation of high-value agreements.
  • Drive, track, and manage pipeline development and prioritization to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work with clients, SMEs, and other stakeholders to define and execute transformation pathways across people, process, and technology.
  • Design strategic transformation roadmaps that accelerate AI adoption, operational efficiency, and creative capability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional leaders across creative, product, data/AI, production, and PM teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within and beyond assigned accounts.
  • Shape proposals, commercial models, and presentations for C-suite executives and procurement teams.
  • Represent Brandtech+ in client workshops, industry forums, and thought leadership activities.
  • Mobilize delivery leads and PMs to execute against strategy, remove blockers, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop internal talent while embedding best practices in account management, commercial execution, and AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven background in senior account leadership, business development, or commercial roles within creative, production, or digital agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Track record of leading transformational client engagements that combine people, process, and technology change.
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams.
  • Data- and outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and iterate strategy.
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into commercially viable propositions.
  • Agency or production experience with a demonstrable interest in AI technologies and their business applications and impact on delivery.
  • Experience in setting commercial targets, pricing strategy, and negotiating high-value agreements is preferred.
  • Experience leading governance, executive steering, and sign-off processes is preferred.
