Description

  • Build campaign timelines and schedules of deliverables for internal review and client approval.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders approve creative assets before delivery.
  • Communicate internal and external feedback through Airtable.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
  • Check that creative assets follow campaign-specific branding and aesthetic guidelines.
  • Review project management software to confirm tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out.
  • Provide accurate project estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all project management tasks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in social media, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm PST.
