Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and inbound conversion through closing and account expansion.
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities across SMB and mid-market accounts.
  • Run efficient discovery conversations focused on marketing goals, performance gaps, and ROI.
  • Translate SEO, content production, and lead generation challenges into clear solutions for marketing and business leaders.
  • Position contentmarketing.ai as a scalable way to improve content operations and marketing performance.
  • Drive upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Structure and close commercial agreements, including contracts, MSAs, and addendums.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or a similar space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content strategy, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously with shorter sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage credibly with marketing and business leaders and translate their goals into solutions.
  • Comfort running consultative sales conversations without overcomplicating the process.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in pipeline management.
  • Eastern Time Zone Canada availability for a fully remote, full-time role.
  • Experience with HubSpot and commercial contract structures such as MSAs and addendums is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD $50,000-$70,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings of CAD $70,000-$90,000.
