Description

  • Achieve planned sales, patient access, and other performance objectives for the assigned geography.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and office personnel on Braeburn’s products, clinical information, and access resources.
  • Deliver compliant product and disease-state information aligned with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Analyze territory data, payer mix, reimbursement patterns, regulatory factors, and market trends to plan territory activities.
  • Engage account personnel before and after sales calls to uncover needs, communicate approved solutions, and define next steps.
  • Manage and support accounts by helping resolve product access and reimbursement issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Braeburn partners to support customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing customer dialogue to anticipate changing needs and market opportunities.
  • Exercise sound judgment while following Braeburn policies, processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
  • Control operational expenses within fiscal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; an advanced business degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 3 years in sales and/or field market access within biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Experience in Specialty Pharmacy markets with proven sales or field market access performance and recognition awards.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
  • Proven product launch experience in a highly competitive and complex environment.
  • Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered implantable or injectable medication technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, with some overnight travel up to 50-70%.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
