Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Account Managers to exceed renewal and growth targets.
  • Drive improvements in renewal rates, churn reduction, and revenue expansion through stronger client relationships and product adoption.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to support customer outcomes and close growth opportunities.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, performance visibility, and customer narrative development using data.
  • Coach and mentor team members through call coaching, best practices, and accountability.
  • Recruit and hire top talent to scale the Account Management team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior clients and handle escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver successful growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success.
  • At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • Experience with seven-figure deals, strategic account servicing, and renewal negotiations.
  • Experience operationalizing the customer journey.
  • Strong aptitude for learning in a technical SaaS environment.
  • Confident, consultative, and client-facing professional with a proactive personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Great time management skills, even under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $152,000 to $190,000 USD.
