Description

  • Lead and motivate diverse, distributed project teams across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
  • Drive on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining client and team satisfaction.
  • Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
  • Monitor and report project status, budget burn, scope changes, schedule risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Act as a key client contact, manage expectations, and ensure business goals are realized in working solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • Use OpenAir, Jira, and related project management systems for forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope and solution new opportunities.
  • Coach team members and contribute to improving Agile and project management processes, standards, and deliverables.
  • Promote information security practices and assess risks related to confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, including 1–2 years of Agile experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall project management methods.
  • Experience managing multiple teams of 4–8 people, including distributed or remote team members.
  • Experience delivering large digital projects valued at $1MM+ and lasting 9+ months.
  • In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or equivalent software development tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with CMS, eCommerce, and analytics platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, or Google Analytics is preferred.
  • CSM and PMP certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, or CAN-SPAM is preferred.
  • Some travel may be required.
