Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for key client stakeholders throughout engagements.
  • Define project approaches, deliverables, staffing, pricing considerations, and success criteria with internal teams.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and changes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and renew engagements with Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead performance and post-project reviews to assess business impact and improve future engagements.
  • Coordinate internal teams to connect client objectives with effective project execution.
  • Build relationships that support client retention, NPS, and sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience managing client relationships and projects in AI, LLM, data, or related technology solutions.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Understanding of AI and data concepts, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including opportunity evaluation and profitable growth support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Experience in project management, account growth, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience working with revenue, margin, and forecasting data using tools such as Excel or pipeline systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving client needs.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours for meaningful overlap with clients and colleagues across regions.
