Description

  • Own complex, multi-phase customer implementations from initiation through formal closure.
  • Lead, coach, and hold Project Managers accountable to consistent delivery standards.
  • Personally manage high-value or high-complexity customer engagements.
  • Establish project-management templates, methodologies, governance, forecasting, estimation, and change-control standards.
  • Build risk-management, dependency-tracking, escalation, and project-closure practices.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, consultants, and technical teams to align delivery with commitments.
  • Act as an executive contact for project status, risks, and escalations with customers and internal leadership.
  • Own portfolio reporting for project health, milestones, budgets, hours, utilization, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Use portfolio data to identify systemic risks and develop scalable playbooks, dashboards, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing complex enterprise technology implementations or Professional Services portfolios.
  • Experience leading and developing Project Managers while managing projects directly.
  • Strong executive customer communication and escalation-management experience.
  • Experience building or maturing PMO processes, including governance, reporting, templates, and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of PMI-aligned planning, risk, scope, and change-management practices.
  • Experience managing budgets, hours, forecasts, change requests, and resource plans across multiple engagements.
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional teams and multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Rocketlane, Salesforce, or comparable PSA platforms preferred; SaaS, enterprise software, CX, CCaaS, telecommunications, testing, or automation experience also preferred.
