Description

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across digital projects of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to internal processes.
  • Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
  • Monitor scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks, and provide weekly status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key client contact, manage expectations, and ensure business goals are reflected in working solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear communication across teams and leadership.
  • Use OpenAir and Jira to support project reporting, data-driven decisions, and weekly resource forecasting.
  • Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope and solution new opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor team members while contributing to Agile and project management processes, standards, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, including 1–2 years of Agile experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, typically consisting of 4–8 people.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote team members.
  • Experience delivering large digital projects valued at $1 million or more and lasting 9+ months.
  • In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies, with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira or equivalent software development tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal, eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify, and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • CSM and PMP certifications are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
