Description

  • Design, refine, and deliver executive presentation materials for CEO, Executive, and SVP+ audiences.
  • Translate complex quantitative data and market context into clear, polished narratives and visually effective slides.
  • Architect, launch, and manage project management frameworks and tracking systems for strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain regular operational readouts and coordinate multi-stakeholder alignment calls.
  • Drive execution momentum across newly funded, high-priority initiatives.
  • Manage smaller sub-initiatives within larger programs and tie execution metrics to business outcomes.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security.
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Ensure data privacy and protection compliance across the data lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive presentation and deck design for C-suite and SVP audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling project management workflows and systems such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • 4+ years of experience translating data and quantitative inputs into strategic business narratives.
  • Strong operational autonomy with experience managing coordination tasks and driving sub-initiatives independently.
  • 3+ years of experience in base, retention, or CRM marketing domains (preferred).
  • Experience in a corporate strategy group or tier-one management consulting firm (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Agile Product Owner certification preferred.
