Description

  • Lead complex loyalty and CRM engagements end-to-end, owning outcomes and driving progress with limited senior oversight.
  • Facilitate client workshops and strategic planning sessions to align stakeholders on vision, objectives, and action plans.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client teams and build credibility through consistent guidance and results.
  • Develop engagement roadmaps aligned to client goals and proactively identify risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
  • Design, refine, and optimize loyalty strategies from initial concept through deployment and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Define CRM and loyalty KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and benchmark performance against competitive standards.
  • Partner with analytics teams to explore data, surface insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Build business cases and clearly articulate program value to client stakeholders.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and martech ecosystems to make strategic recommendations grounded in feasibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics & Insights, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in loyalty strategy, CRM, or growth marketing with a track record of delivering complex engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead client engagements and operate with minimal senior oversight.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills for leading discovery, ideation, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Deep expertise in retention marketing, customer segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and loyalty program design.
  • Experience using or exploring AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, or generative AI applications.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and the broader martech ecosystem.
  • Ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and quantify ROI in client-facing ways.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adopt, and apply emerging AI tools and technologies in loyalty and CRM strategy work.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time role.
  • Salary range of $105,000 to $141,000 per year.
  • Bounteous may sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas.
