Description

  • Lead complex loyalty and CRM engagements end-to-end, owning outcomes and driving progress with minimal senior supervision.
  • Facilitate client workshops and guide stakeholders toward shared objectives, vision, and action plans.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client teams throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Develop engagement roadmaps aligned to client goals and proactively identify risks and trade-offs.
  • Design, refine, and optimize loyalty and CRM strategies from concept through deployment.
  • Define CRM and loyalty KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and benchmark performance against competitive standards.
  • Partner with analytics teams to analyze data, surface opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build business cases and clearly articulate program value to client stakeholders.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Martech ecosystems to make feasible strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics & Insights, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to support delivery and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in loyalty strategy, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements independently with minimal senior oversight.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills for discovery, ideation, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Deep expertise in retention marketing, customer segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and loyalty program design.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, or generative AI applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and the Martech ecosystem.
  • Ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and quantify ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada; Bounteous is willing to sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas.

Benefits

  • $115,000 - $150,000 annual salary.
