Description

  • Lead scalable marketing technology architecture for B2B and B2C customer journeys across CDP, marketing automation, journey orchestration, analytics, personalization, and CRM integrations.
  • Translate client business objectives into platform architectures, data models, integration patterns, and activation strategies.
  • Advise clients on platform selection, roadmaps, architectural tradeoffs, governance, and operating models.
  • Contribute directly to billable client discovery, solutioning, delivery oversight, workshops, demos, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure implementations align with architectural intent and best practices.
  • Support troubleshooting, escalations, and course correction for complex marketing technology programs.
  • Support sales pursuits, pitches, estimates, account expansion, and pre-sales solution narratives.
  • Collaborate with Adobe and other platform partners on roadmaps, co-innovation, and solution alignment.
  • Define best practices for data stewardship, consent management, orchestration, measurement, and information security.
  • Mentor architects and senior practitioners while developing internal frameworks, playbooks, accelerators, and repeatable offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering marketing technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital-first global delivery agency or consultancy.
  • Deep experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Customer Journey Analytics, and related tools.
  • Working knowledge of non-Adobe MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, data integration, and lifecycle marketing patterns.
  • Ability to architect data-driven solutions across multiple marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in consultative, client-facing roles while maintaining billable delivery responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical ecosystems into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
