Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops for Professional Services and enterprise engagements.
  • Define migration roadmaps, deployment milestones, and technical requirements for complex customer environments.
  • Design and execute end-to-end directory migrations and cutovers, including Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace.
  • Architect integrations for cloud directories, conditional access, MFA, PAM, and multi-OS device management.
  • Manage high-complexity enterprise deployments in partnership with Customer Success teams.
  • Track adoption, time-to-value, MVP, and deployment-success metrics across customer projects.
  • Create technical documentation, guides, architectural standards, and internal process improvements.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Product on customer and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Mentor newer team members and contribute domain expertise to strategic technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience designing enterprise identity architectures and facilitating technical discovery for large-scale environments.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end directory migrations and integrations that support automated joiner-mover-leaver functions.
  • Deep implementation knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, JIT, and RADIUS.
  • Experience managing and deploying policies across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft enterprise ecosystems, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Intune, Microsoft 365, and AVD (preferred).
  • Knowledge of identity governance, zero-trust frameworks, and network authentication technologies such as SSH, SMB/Samba, and Kerberos (preferred).
  • Experience with JumpCloud Admin Console or comparable cloud identity and directory platforms.
  • Experience with identity providers including Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM, Jamf, Iru, or ME; PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, and LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and MCPs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to administrators and executive stakeholders; must be located in one of the 50 U.S. states.
