Description

  • Independently manage the planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, sponsored events, and field marketing experiences from sourcing through breakdown.
  • Run on-site event execution, including setup and teardown, staffing schedules, registration, speaker logistics, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Ideate and produce booth experiences, activations, and on-site moments that drive engagement and reflect current market and industry trends.
  • Own pre- and post-event campaigns that drive awareness, attendance, and engagement, and support lead capture and follow-up workflows with Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Recommend which events and field marketing opportunities to prioritize based on market feedback, past performance, and organizer conversations.
  • Build and manage project timelines and checklists in Asana and handle internal event communications.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, invoices, and inventory of collateral, signage, swag, and reusable assets.
  • Track and report event performance, including recaps, leads, pipeline, and ROI, tying results back to business impact.
  • Build relationships with event organizers, vendors, and on-site partners while representing Boulevard professionally to prospects and customers.
  • Travel 20-30% of the time, including some weekends, to support on-site execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting trade show, conference, and/or field marketing event logistics and on-site execution.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, and budgets, ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, beauty, or wellness company.
  • Exposure to pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on leads, pipeline, and ROI tied to business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Experience using a project management tool like Asana.
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills during on-site logistics issues.
  • Comfortable representing the company in person and building relationships with vendors, customers, and prospects.
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce for lead and data tracking.
  • Curious about using AI to improve planning, reporting, or content workflows.
