Description

  • Develop and execute the platform’s go-to-market strategy, including launch timing, channels, messaging, and rollout sequencing.
  • Define the brand identity and voice for a serious technical product accessible to broad consumer audiences.
  • Manage and grow the platform’s social media presence across relevant channels.
  • Identify, engage, and manage crypto and Web3 influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
  • Produce and coordinate written, visual, and video content, including threads, explainers, clips, and long-form posts.
  • Coordinate podcast, interview, conference, and other media appearances, including briefs and talking points.
  • Write press releases, announcements, newsletters, and consumer- and B2B-facing product copy.
  • Own the content and campaign calendar across product milestones and industry events.
  • Track channel performance, derive insights, and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth, preferably in a startup, crypto-native company, or fast-moving technology environment.
  • Demonstrated crypto or Web3 expertise, including knowledge of industry participants and community trust dynamics.
  • Experience independently building or executing campaigns with measurable outputs.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing, captioning, content repurposing, and simple asset design or briefing.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working with significant autonomy.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience working effectively in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, digital-asset recovery, fraud, financial crime, or another technical vertical preferred.
  • Pre-launch-to-market experience, a crypto creator network, or an existing crypto/Web3 audience preferred.
