Description

  • Develop and execute the platform’s go-to-market strategy, including launch timing, channels, narrative, and rollout sequencing.
  • Define the brand identity, positioning, and voice for a technical but accessible audience.
  • Manage and grow the platform’s social media presence across relevant channels.
  • Identify, engage, and manage crypto and web3 influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
  • Produce and coordinate written, visual, and video content, including threads, explainers, clips, and long-form posts.
  • Coordinate podcast, interview, conference, and other media appearances, including briefs and talking points.
  • Write press releases, announcements, newsletters, and consumer- and B2B-facing platform copy.
  • Own the content and campaign calendar around product milestones and industry opportunities.
  • Monitor channel performance, derive insights, and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth, preferably in a startup, crypto-native company, or fast-moving technology environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of crypto and/or web3 communities, market participants, and trust dynamics.
  • Experience independently building or executing campaigns with measurable output.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing, captioning, repurposing, and simple asset design or briefing.
  • Self-directed, fast-moving, and outcome-oriented working style.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, digital asset recovery, fraud, financial crime, or another technical domain preferred.
  • Experience launching a company or product from pre-launch to market, plus crypto/web3 influencer networks or an existing audience, preferred.
