Description

  • Own initiative plans covering scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and release-readiness criteria.
  • Break ambiguous initiatives into workstreams with clear owners and maintain alignment as priorities change.
  • Track delivery with Product Managers and Engineering Leads, identify slippage early, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Facilitate dependency reviews, planning sessions, and release-readiness meetings that produce clear decisions.
  • Translate technical blockers and trade-offs into updates for Product leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Manage internal and customer-facing release communications, including release notes.
  • Develop repeatable delivery processes, templates, and checklists, using AI tools to reduce manual work.
  • Coordinate multiple distributed teams and provide concise delivery-health reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project or program management experience, including 4+ years in a B2B SaaS Product or R&D organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing software engineering delivery and coordinating go-to-market product launches.
  • Experience delivering complex SaaS architectures, such as API integrations, multi-tenant cloud platforms, feature flags, or continuous deployment models.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS product lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
  • Technical fluency to discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers credibly with engineers.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including constructive scope management.
  • Experience working with distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
  • Experience designing or improving cross-functional delivery and GTM release frameworks.
  • Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification; Product Operations experience; executive stakeholder reporting; EdTech or higher-education experience; and practical use of AI productivity tools.
