Description

  • Lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects for DEUNA’s key U.S. enterprise accounts.
  • Own project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
  • Coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams.
  • Establish communication cadences, ownership structures, escalation paths, and project governance.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive decisions and resolution of critical issues to keep projects on track.
  • Provide structured project updates, dashboards, and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customer milestones and ensure internal organizational readiness.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and identify improvements to DEUNA’s operating model and project execution.
  • Maintain alignment between project outcomes, customer objectives, and DEUNA’s business priorities while influencing teams without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, strategic operations, program management, management consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise or strategic customers, preferably in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and post-project review.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong project planning, dependency management, risk management, and governance capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical concepts and dependencies without owning technical delivery.
