Description

  • Identify and execute the expansion roadmap across a partner’s regional or national footprint.
  • Partner with corporate culinary and marketing teams to optimize menu placement, LTO strategy, and pricing to increase dispense volume.
  • Lead strategic business reviews focused on ROI, throughput data, and beverage category growth.
  • Analyze restaurant-level performance data to identify underperforming locations and advise operators on best practices.
  • Coordinate local activations and marketing efforts to drive awareness and same-store sales at partner locations.
  • Develop menu programs aligned with brand identity, execution gaps, trends, and client guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, operations, and marketing stakeholders across large restaurant organizations.
  • Work closely with implementation and supply chain teams to ensure smooth multi-unit rollouts.
  • Own growth metrics including net revenue retention, location expansion, and same-store volume growth.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Strategic Success within Restaurant Tech, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the friction points of a busy commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to translate complex dispense data into actionable business cases for corporate stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence corporate leaders without formal authority based on data and pilot success.
  • Experience managing complex rollouts of 50+ sites simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to brand corporate offices and field locations.
  • Experience working with franchisees, operators, or multi-unit restaurant groups (preferred).
  • Ability to speak fluently about operations with both corporate and location-level contacts.
  • Track record of driving adoption, expansion, and retention in enterprise accounts (preferred).
