Description

  • Build and manage email and push notification marketing campaigns for Borrowell’s member base.
  • Segment audiences and recommend test strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Marketing Manager to define and execute promotional strategy.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned with guidelines.
  • Own the campaign deployment calendar and keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Work with internal teams including Design, Product, and Business Development to develop campaign content.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal team members.
  • Identify new opportunities to use and acquire data to better support partner needs.
  • Create and execute sponsorship opportunities to deepen partner relationships.
  • Produce partner-facing performance reports and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise-level email service providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or SendGrid.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement, email best practices, testing methods, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and quantify the impact of your work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Comfort with data visualization and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for audience segmentation is a plus.
  • Experience working in a scaling startup is preferred.
