Description

  • Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of law firms and legal departments across Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
  • Source new opportunities independently through targeted outbound efforts, networks, and industry relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead consultative sales conversations with legal professionals.
  • Diagnose workflow pain points and position the product in the context of real legal processes.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement and decision-making processes.
  • Represent BoostDraft in the APAC legal community through events, conferences, and referrals.
  • Build trust with legal stakeholders and communicate the company's value proposition in regional markets.
  • Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to share market feedback and align sales strategy with local needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with law firm or in-house legal team selling experience strongly preferred.
  • Alternatively, significant experience in a major law firm or corporate legal department with a strong desire to transition into sales.
  • Strong background in the legal sector, such as experience as a practicing lawyer or paralegal, or success selling LegalTech solutions.
  • Existing relationships and networks within legal industry contacts in key APAC markets are a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers, work through complex organizational structures, and close deals.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency is required.
  • Fluency in additional APAC languages, such as Korean, is highly advantageous.
  • Must be based remotely within the APAC region, with preference for Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, or Hong Kong.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to operate beyond a narrowly defined role.
