Description

  • Lead execution of Smartsheet's global analyst relations strategy to support go-to-market efforts and key business and product initiatives.
  • Develop and refine the analyst-facing story to build mindshare around Smartsheet's vision, strategy, and competitive differentiators.
  • Partner across the organization to align analyst narratives with technology trends, roadmap planning, use cases, and market priorities.
  • Drive analyst engagement activities including inquiries, briefings, advisory days, event sponsorships, and analyst roadshows.
  • Own measurement, business reviews, and leadership reporting on the AR program’s impact and results.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create and promote analyst relations content and enablement materials.
  • Improve day-to-day analyst relations operations by refining processes and workflows.
  • Manage analyst contracts and relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team while supporting other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in analyst relations at a technology company, preferably with SaaS experience.
  • Understanding of key enterprise technologies and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of positioning technology companies as leaders in major analyst research.
  • Demonstrated success leading analyst relations programs and building relationships with analysts, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, workflows, and AR operations.
  • Experience assessing and implementing strategy and program recommendations backed by rationale and data.
  • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technology features into business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to build a high-performing team.
  • Experience building successful senior-level relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours to support the team based in Washington.
  • BA or BS degree.
