Description

  • Define and own Boldr’s category, market narrative, and differentiated positioning.
  • Translate positioning into pipeline-generating go-to-market strategies and qualified demand.
  • Build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.
  • Develop and execute ecosystem, partnership, and community-based GTM motions.
  • Design and run curated executive engagements such as dinners, roundtables, and community experiences.
  • Build campaigns, content, and thought leadership that reinforce Boldr’s perspective on CX and AI-enabled service delivery.
  • Partner with RevOps to improve visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead and develop a global marketing team and shape the team structure as the function scales.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, CX, Product, and Impact teams to align market messaging and execution.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading or materially contributing to category repositioning or market narrative development.
  • Demonstrated ownership of, or significant impact on, pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting, services, or other complex solution-based sales environments.
  • Background in CX, outsourcing, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling marketing functions and teams.
  • Track record of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive GTM alignment.
  • Experience leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven GTM motions.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing systems, with strong familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, incomplete information, and executive-level influence.
