Description

  • Own and execute the strategy for Boldr’s Global Employment business, including Employer of Record, Contractor Conversions, and Full Global Employment offerings.
  • Lead product and go-to-market development for the GE offering in partnership with CX Strategy & Solutions, including positioning, pricing, and service scope decisions.
  • Manage the External Hiring and EoR partner motion, including partner selection, governance, referral economics, and handoffs.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with client executives and advise on hiring locations, compensation, talent availability, misclassification risk, and provider transitions.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for the GE client portfolio and ensure commitments in MSAs and SLAs are met or renegotiated as needed.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities such as Contractor Conversions, EoR transfers, and client-direct hires.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People, CX Strategy & Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and BizOps to support delivery, compliance, positioning, forecasting, invoicing, and margin discipline.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the GE team by setting direction, building operating cadence, holding accountability, and growing future leaders.
  • Own commercial and operating performance for the GE business, including P&L accountability, margin protection, playbook scaling, and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and billing records in HubSpot and follow up on invoicing, pricing discrepancies, and accounts receivable issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in EoR (PEO), RPO, or related services-portfolio operations leadership, with full P&L responsibility for client accounts.
  • Strong experience in BPO is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, ask appropriate questions, and maintain open dialogue with internal and external client partners.
  • Ability to read, research, and draft letters, emails, and documents.
  • Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
  • Comfort speaking in public and delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
