Description

  • Design the strategy for global multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, and lead nurture journeys.
  • Develop sophisticated multi-touch engagement programs that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Use multi-touch attribution to assess creative performance and its impact on revenue.
  • Lead segmentation and audience mapping to deliver personalized messaging while protecting global brand consistency.
  • Advise Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations on creative strategy and growth priorities.
  • Set and apply A/B testing frameworks and dynamic content strategies to improve conversion performance.
  • Translate campaign performance data into executive reports and BI dashboards for leadership.
  • Shape messaging, tone, and value propositions to improve engagement with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated B2B marketing experience with a track record of launching creative campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, or adjacent experience with Marketo or Pardot.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and attribution to demonstrate ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • HubSpot certification is highly preferred.
  • Prior startup experience is a significant plus.
  • Experience working in a global organization or on globally scaled campaigns is preferred.
