Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close in a high-velocity SMB motion.
  • Self-generate pipeline and maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Sell to hospitality buyers including owners, general managers, revenue managers, and commercial directors.
  • Close revenue while executing a disciplined and repeatable sales process.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate sales process documentation.
  • Drive a high volume of calls, meetings, and active opportunities in parallel.
  • Help establish team sales culture and effective selling habits as the team scales.
  • Use commercial curiosity and market awareness to engage hospitality prospects effectively.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of overall experience, with a sweet spot around 2–4 years in SaaS sales.
  • 1–3 years of full-cycle AE closing experience preferred, with strong SMB closing ability.
  • Proven ability to self-source 50%+ of pipeline and quantify that performance clearly.
  • Track record of high performance, ideally 100–130%+ quota attainment.
  • Comfortable working in high-activity, high-volume environments with a disciplined process.
  • Strong coachability, curiosity, and continuous learning habits.
  • Solid CRM hygiene and sales process discipline.
  • Preferred background of SDR/BDR experience progressing into an AE role.
  • Experience in hospitality SaaS, SMB SaaS, or agency/hospitality-adjacent sales is preferred.
  • Ability to manage 50+ active opportunities and operate at 30–60 calls per day and 30–40 meetings per month.
