Description

  • Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Close inbound leads generated through the company’s marketing channels, including newsletter, podcast, content, and referrals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and report clearly on what is working and what is not.
  • Refine the sales playbook based on market feedback and prospecting results.
  • Own ongoing client check-ins during onboarding and on a quarterly basis after handoff.
  • Identify and surface upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Help build the sales department by contributing to hiring, coaching, and process development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as the strategic contact and escalation point for clients after close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
  • Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business, not just managing inherited pipeline.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with outbound platforms such as Smartlead, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and trade shows.
  • Agency sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Existing contacts in industrial or parts e-commerce are a bonus.
  • Comfort working in a hunter-style role with minimal lead handoff.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000.
  • Year 1 on-target earnings of $155,000 to $180,000.
  • Year 3+ earning trajectory of $225,000 to $300,000+ with a built book and team override.
  • No commission cap.
  • Additional commissions on team production and initial-term net sales after building and managing reps.
  • Fully remote work.
