Description

  • Manage end-to-end PrivacyPro implementation projects, including kickoff, software configuration, go-live, and training while keeping timelines on track.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before go-live and manage ongoing communications through meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate multiple implementation projects simultaneously across different customers, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Partner with customers to recommend configuration best practices based on their workflows and internal processes.
  • Act as a liaison between customer IT teams and internal Data Analysts, Product, and Development teams to support technical configuration.
  • Maintain project plans, tickets, and documentation to keep progress visible to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and other internal teams to share customer feedback and inform future product enhancements.
  • Host kickoff, check-in, and follow-up meetings, and train end users on Bluesight products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience, with client-facing experience and/or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in new customer implementations for a SaaS product.
  • Experience managing mid- to long-term projects lasting 60 to 120 days.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Excel, G Suite, and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Previous experience with SQL queries and/or reporting for EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, or Pyxis software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently/remotely.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate customers in different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • Remote position open to applicants in the continental United States.
