Description

  • Own the success and growth of key customer and agency relationships.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve customer business objectives, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and agencies.
  • Provide strategic consulting to executives, business leaders, and hands-on teams on AI marketing and Bluefish products.
  • Develop case studies, best practices, and actionable insights for customers.
  • Monitor industry trends in marketing technology and adjust account strategies proactively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs.
  • Monitor account health through customer satisfaction, product usage, and service delivery assessments.
  • Oversee renewals, manage contract negotiations, and ensure contract compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in both startup and enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and growing relationships with Fortune 500 customers.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, including C-level.
  • Ability to craft client-focused solutions based on strategic needs.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and provide analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple project timelines and details simultaneously with sharp attention to detail.
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Native French-language and English-language skills.
  • Startup-ready mentality and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • High-energy, self-starter attitude with a bias toward action.
