Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Self-prospect the existing customer base through quarterly business reviews and monthly check-ins.
  • Prospect into the client base to uncover new opportunities and generate interest.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries and identify expansion opportunities from those conversations.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria and follow up on opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on the features and benefits of the company’s SaaS products and communicate their value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through discovery, consultation, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in understanding customer processes, challenges, and needs.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on technology trends and SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for product demonstrations.
  • Ability to build collaborative and strong customer relationships.
  • Experience managing daily sales activities including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing leads and follow-ups using Salesforce.
  • Ability to quickly learn new SaaS products and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Nonprofit experience is preferred.
