Description

  • Coordinate the recruitment cycle at BCI.
  • Oversee and support the recruitment team and BCI HR operations.
  • Improve and develop the recruitment function at BCI.
  • Liaise with heads of divisions and members on Human Capital and recruitment policies.
  • Manage the application of GDPR compliance across recruitment activities.
  • Build constructive relationships with stakeholders and support organizational development.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to drive recruitment and HR projects forward.
  • Use initiative to identify and solve organizational problems.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in human resource management is required.
  • Proven ability to manage human capital or recruitment functions.
  • Experience managing teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
  • Experience building constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams using personal initiative.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance competing demands and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology is preferred.
