Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead client and employee meetings related to workforce reductions, administrative hearings, negotiations, separations, settlements, and termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations while balancing competing stakeholder interests.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to support compliant offboarding and audits.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS and partner with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding queries and guide clients through Employee Relations resources and policies.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support first-level employee relations case handling.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance and sensitivity.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
  • Efficiency in operations, with strong record-keeping and data integrity awareness.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across evolving tools and systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
