Description

  • Manage and grow a multi-million dollar customer base of SMB food and beverage accounts.
  • Partner with food and beverage merchants to understand their business goals and needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Square products based on customer discovery.
  • Address customer concerns and issues strategically and effectively.
  • Support the managed accounts program through multiple seller touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Advocate for customers and help turn their challenges into growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities.
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for and knowledge of how new technologies can help small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred.
