Description

  • Develop custom content strategies for new clients and ensure they are executed properly.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual and thematic style across client projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor client content performance and adjust strategy when results need improvement.
  • Communicate continuously with clients to understand their needs, goals, and feedback.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and expert opinions on pivots to improve client outcomes.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas to enhance client performance.
  • Manage creative budgets and oversee key creative decisions.
  • Review, revise, coach, and create content for clients as needed.
  • Create client briefs that align the internal team with the client’s vision.
  • Coordinate with project managers, social media managers, ad buyers, and editors to meet deadlines and expectations.

Requirements

  • Be available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time for meetings and communication.
  • Respond to client needs within 1 hour during work hours.
  • Assist the Project Manager in creating tasks for video editors.
  • Attend meetings with clients, the creative team, social media management team, and ad buyers.
  • Review, revise, and create content as needed for clients.
  • Attend video shoots virtually when necessary.
  • Create shot lists and generate ideas for client productions.
  • Review client reports and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Salary range is $3,000 to $4,500.
  • Fully remote role for candidates in the Western USA and Canada.
